Hello Ajax and thanks for your interest in my page.

I have really enjoyed my new role as Regional Councillor and because I have learned so much on the past year, I wanted a way to pass this information on to the residents that elected me.

The core committees I sit on at the Region are, Works Committee, Vision Zero and Durham Roundtable for Climate change.

I also attend Durham Region Transit meetings, as all Regional Councillors are Commissioner’s of Transit and attend Durham Regional Police Board meetings.

Works committee encompasses, recycling and garbage, roads and all infrastructure around roads and lights, and sewer and water.

Vision Zero - deals with the safety of the roads and reducing fatalities.

Durham Region Roundtable for Climate Changes- continue to keep the awareness on climate changes to regional council.
